1) Fast from 1000 Am onwards on screening day. No food, sweets and drinks allowed except plain water during fasting period. Please do not fast longer than required.
2) Abstain from grapefruit or pomelo-containing food & beverages from today onwards.
3) Abstain from prescription/ non-prescription medication (oral or topical), vitamins, health/protein/dietary supplements, meal replacements 7 days before screening.
4) Herbal supplement i.e Jamu, herbal soup, tonic must be discontinued from today onwards.
5) Refrain from exercising, alcohol and excessive caffeine intake at least 2 days before screening as this may affect the blood results.
6) If you do fall ill, or need to take any medicines or have any treatment prior to screening, please contact us and we will advise whether or not you will be able to continue participating.
